Day 139

Today we wrapped up our walk through Lesotho, walked back through South Africa, and arrived in Eswatini! Eswatini is home to over 8,800 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners. Our walk took us 531.25 km together and we arrived in Simuneye, Eswatini. Simuneye is located close to the border with South Africa and Mozambique, and is home to the Hlane Royal National Park, Eswatini’s largest protected area and park covering over 30,000 hectares.

Be sure to record your walking times today, and share any photos or stories about your walks using #WalkTheWorldSO on social media!
