Day 190

Today we headed south, travelling out of Finland and through Russia (home to over 131,000 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners), Estonia (home to over 1,600 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners), Latvia (home to over 2,500 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners), and into Lithuania (home to over 3,800 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners). We arrived in Panevėžys, Lithuania after walking 1,238.25 km together. Panevėžys means along the Nevėžis as it is located on the plain of the old Nevėžis River, and is in the centre of Lithuania.

Be sure to record your walking times today, and share any photos or stories about your walks using #WalkTheWorldSO on social media!
